Hello, I'm Shannon. I am a Real Estate Investor, Owner of a Real Estate Consulting Company and Realtor of over 4 years. I have composed a simple and easy to navigate course to learn how to acquire tax lien properties primarily in Alabama. This course is straight to the point and is meant to get you started easy and quick as possible. I've condensed what I have learned over the years. Our Story
Right Key Consulting is a Real Estate Firm owned and operated by Ade' Davis and Shannon Coleman. Right Key Realty & Consulting was founded in 2018 with the goal of obtaining and wholesaling tax lien properties. The goal is to now create opportunities for others to acquire tax lien properties with little to no money and to build up communities by investing.
How it all started...
Shannon was gifted a property by her father in 2010. The process of conveying ownership with a lawyer was executed however she later learned that she indeed did not own the property due to the father being behind on the taxes. The STATE owned the property. This baffled her because how?... What we don't know is the property tax laws because we are not taught that because it's a business. This prompted her to do more research. The duo decided one night in their basement to form the company to not only learn about Tax laws but to get land/homes through this method. Ade' owning a Trucking Company at the time was looking to get out of the truck and use the money for investment purposes. Shannon pregnant with her 5th child and recently closing down her salon due to a break-in and safety reasons decided she wanted to do something from home yet profitable. They spent countless of hours on YouTube University and joining numerous Facebook Groups. Ade' and Shannon signed up for a class but later decided to make a move based off what they had learned so far. Equipped with a few Vista Print signs and a mower they started their journey. It wasn't easy at all but Ade' as the initial investor and Shannon with her knowledge led them to their first sale with a profit of $10,000 with only investing $200 in a tax certificate property. What is even more impressive they invested that money in another property which tripled their initial investment. After taking numerous classes their experience in the business is what led them to where they are now. Having many redeemed properties, unsatisfied customers due to redemptions they had to change up the plan.
